We do not ship internationally.

Canadian Orders

In order to ship at an economic cost, bicycles will be shipped partially assembled to reduce the package size and will require some assembly upon reaching the destination. We recommend bicycles be assembled by a mechanic, although, any mechanically savvy person should be able to accomplish this.

The following items will have to be assembled once received:

1. Front fender and front wheel
2. Handlebar & stem
3. Pedals
4. Saddle & seat post
5. Any additional small parts, e.g. lights, bells, etc. (subject to store discretion)

Bicycle shipping cannot be combined, i.e. each bicycle will be shipped in a separate box. However, we can fit a few accessories/upgrades into the box with the bike, e.g. front rack, frame-mounted saddle, panniers, etc.

Bicycle orders are completed (refurbished then partially disassembled) on a made-to-order basis. All bicycles will be shipped within 7 business days of the order being received.

Normaal Bike Shop will ensure that all orders are packaged with care and will not be liable for any damage resulting from the shipping process. The buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the proper assembly of the bicycle and any accessories/upgrades.
